"The hotel is nice in and of its self. However, Kailani at the front desk, is extremely helpful and very sweet. There was a hiccup with our booking - she helped work through everything and most importantly did the right thing, providing excellent customer service. I would recommend Kailani (and Avid) again without a doubt given the level of accommodation and customer service provided."

"Second time staying here. 1st time, we brought our dog. Treat bag, nice little pet area outside. Very pet-friendly. Easy, efficient check-in. Rooms are small, but very very clean and clever areas to hang and store your clothing. Bed is very comfortable and the sheets are so soft. I used the hot tub this trip and it was very clean and HOT, which I loved! Breakfast has good variety. Friendly staff. Great value for the money!!"
